Main Level (2nd Floor): The heart of the home with a bright, open-plan living area and a 56" Samsung TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a 5-burner gas stove, double oven, and both Keurig and drip coffeemakers. The dining table seats eight. This level also includes a large front deck, a screened-in back porch, and a kids' bedroom with a twin daybed (with trundle) and a twin-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 5). Third Level: A private main master suite offering a king-sized bed, a TV, a private deck for quiet moments, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a relaxing tub. Please no smoking/vaping. Please lock all doors and windows. Please shut off all the lights and arcade games when you leave. If your group's stay includes a Monday or a Thursday, please take the trash out by 7:00 AM--our cleaners won't be by to do it for you. No diving or glass in the pool please. We added a water hose underneath the side stairwell to wash the sand off before entering the pool--please wash off! If you use the pack and plays for the kids, please leave them out so our cleaners will know to sanitize them for the next group of guests. Have fun!

Separate Entrances: Please be aware that the ground floor and the main level (2nd floor) are accessed via separate exterior entrances. There is no internal staircase connecting them. We only rent the entire house to a single party at a time, ensuring your group's complete privacy. High-Speed Internet: We provide Starlink internet, offering the best and most reliable connection available on the island for all your streaming, gaming, and browsing needs. Pool Safety: Pool safety equipment is provided; however, adult supervision of children in the pool area is required at all times. Security Cameras: For your security, there are three outdoor cameras on the property. They are located at the front door (bottom floor), the pool door, and the main level door. All cameras are pointed away from the interior of the home to respect your privacy.
